Something about HLS and Android Part 2
The simulation environment as below
Adobe FMLE —> WOWZA —-> Android/iOS app (programmed by Titanium Studio)
The encoder is used by Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder, 3.2 plus Mainconcept AAC Plugins 1.0.6. The reason of the requirement for the decoder with AAC is according to Android’s limitation, Android Supported Media Format. In case the Adobe FMLE only supports MP3 as audio encoder that’s not supported by Android anyway. In addition, the below configuration of FMLE can be accepted by Android devices for this simulation:
Format: H264, Profile: Baseline, Level: 3.0, Frame Rate: 24 fps, Video Bit-rate: 500Kbps, Audio Bit-rate: 64Kbps, Sample Rate: 44100Hz, Format: AAC…
Some other info about the design and programming guideline with Titanium Studio is described as here.
