NOW, the first to edit the file of “functions.php” at your selected theme folder; for example, I am using TwentyEleven; well, the file is located at “(MyWebPageFolderLocation)/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/functions.php”

Add the below lines to “functions.php”, and upload your customized login/logo image (wp-login-logo.png) to the “images” folder under the folder.

function my_login_logo() { ?>
    <style type="text/css">
        body.login div#login h1 a {
            background-image: url(<?php echo get_bloginfo( 'template_directory' ) ?>/images/wp-login-logo.png);
<?php }
add_action( 'login_enqueue_scripts', 'my_login_logo' );
